Hi, my name is Heather.  I joined the Chiropractic Wellness Rehabilitation Center in March 2009. I assist Dr. Chris with the patients, doing ultrasound, hooking patients up to muscle stim, manual therapy and helping patients with physical therapy. In 2011, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.  I was a patient of Dr. Chris’s before I began working here, so I know for a fact how chiropractic care can help. My favorite thing about working here is when a patient walks out of our office feeling better, knowing that I had a part in that.

Hi my name is Tricia. I am a Medical Massage Practitioner at Dr. Horak's practice.  I thoroughly enjoy working with Dr. Horak and his team of professionals. Dr. Horak blends professional chiropractic technique with a great sense of humor and heartfelt compassion.  My approach to massage therapy focuses on the mind-body relationship. I believe massage therapy and Chiropractic medicine mutually enhance the healing process.  We believe kindness and compassion go hand in hand with medical professionalism. Our goal is always to achieve recovery, wellness and healing in our highly valued patients.

Hi, I'm Jennifer, my responsibilities range from patient scheduling, paperwork and coordinating many of our office projects. I enjoy seeing patients and help providing the care they need to continue on with a healthy lifestyle.

Hi, my name is Dawn Brown. I joined Chiropractic Wellness Rehabilitation Center in October 2011 after being a patient of Dr. Chris’s for a little over a year. Being a patient I know from first hand experience the benefits of chiropractic care, not only for the health of your back but for your overall health and wellness. I assist Heather at the front desk and assist Dr Chris with patients doing manual therapy and helping patients with physical therapy. It is incredible to see the progress patients make when they come into our office and I love being part of a team that takes great pride in what they do.
